Finding your person shouldn't take years

Save the Date was born from a simple observation: the dating industry helps you get dates, but leaves you on your own once you're there.

Our Story

It started with a conversation over the holidays. A close friend was telling me about her recent dates, some she thought went great, but the other person wasn't interested in a second date. She'd spent months going on dates with no clarity on what was actually happening.

I reflected on my own dating life from years ago and remembered that same frustration. Not the dates themselves, but how long the whole process took. Months of guessing. Months of wondering.

Then I started thinking about how much energy everyone puts into the top of the dating funnel. Profile optimization. Photo selection. Bio crafting. Matching algorithms.

But once you're sitting across from someone? You walk away with only what you picked up on.

Dating takes so long. You replay conversations through your own biases and ask friends who weren't there.

That question became Save the Date, a mutual reflection system where both people opt in, both get private AI insights, and the raw data disappears. An outsider perspective after every date.

We're not here to gamify dating or turn it into something artificial. We're here to give you the perspective you can't get on your own.

What we believe

Clarity over guesswork

Most people spend months wondering what's going wrong. We give you answers after every date so you stop wasting time.

🤝

Presence over performance

The best connections happen when both people are truly present. We help you put the phone down and be there.

🔐

Privacy is non-negotiable

Both people opt in. Both get private insights. Both can stop anytime. The system only works when it's fair.

Save the Date is a passion project born out of too many dates that went nowhere and not enough clarity on why. He thinks this idea might just be crazy yet compelling enough to work.
